Shipping and delivery policy

1. What we sell

MeetBites Private Limited (“MeetBites”, “we”) runs MeetBites, a dating and social discovery web platform for adults (18 and over) in India, at meetbites.com. The optional paid extras are MeetBites Plus, a subscription at Rs 299 per month or Rs 2,499 per year, and Boosts, a one-off purchase of Rs 99. All prices include GST. See Pricing. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

2. How and when it is delivered

MeetBites Plus. Plus is switched on in your account as soon as the payment gateway confirms the payment. You see it in the app, in Settings, then Plus. Each renewal continues it without a break.
Boosts. A Boost bought for one of your open plans is applied to that plan at once and lasts 24 hours. A Boost that cannot be applied straight away stays in your account until you use it.
Where. Delivery is to the MeetBites account you were signed in to when you paid, on any device where you sign in to meetbites.com. There is no app to download and no code or file is sent.
Confirmation. You get a confirmation in the app and a GST invoice for every payment.

3. If something does not arrive

If a payment went through but Plus or a Boost does not show within an hour, write to [email protected] with the date of the payment and what you bought, or see Contact. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 7 days. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, we refund the payment in full to the original payment method, as described in the Refund and cancellation policy.

4. Where we serve

MeetBites is available to adults in India. Prices are in Indian rupees.
